Creamy Confetti Corn


4 cups fresh & sweet Corn

1 medium size onion chopped 

1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped

1/2 cup green bell pepper

7 bacon slices chopped

225 gm. cream, cheese, cubed

1 tbsp. salt

1 tbsp. sugar

1 tbsp.pepper 

1: Cook chopped bacon in a big skillet until crisp,
 remove bacon, and drain on paper towel, reserving 2 tbsp.
 drippings in skillet. Set bacon aside.

2: Corn, onion, and bell peppers in hot drippings in skillet over medium high heat 7 min.
 or until tender. Add cream cheese and half & half,
 stirring until cream cheese melts. Stir in sugar, salt, and pepper,
 topping with bacon.
