Grilled Chicken


2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoon finely chopped garlic

1 tablespoon dried tarragon

1 teaspoon honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice


  1. Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil grate.
  2. Whisk mustard, garlic, tarragon, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  3. Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel,
  4.  coat one side of each breast with mustard sauce.
  5. Place chicken, coated side down, on grill,
  6.  cover with remaining sauce and close grill lid. Turn chicken over after 15 min. Bake chicken breasts until no longer pink in the center  & juices run clear about 20 min.  Oven heat at least 160 degrees.
