1⁄2 cup butter, for softness 1 225 gm. cream cheese, 11⁄2 tbsp. vanilla 2 1⁄2 cups icing sugar WHAT TO DO? Oily and flour a 8 x 12 pan. now take a small bowl, mix mashed bananas and lemon juice, keep aside. now take a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt,keep aside. now take a large bowl, cream 1 cup butter and 2 cups sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one in a time, then stir in 2 tbsp. vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture with the buttermilk.Stir in banana mixture. put butter into prepared pan and bake in low heated panggangan for 45 min. or until toothpick
inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from panggangan and place directly into the freezer for 40 min. This will make the cake very moist. For the frosting, cream , butter and cream cheese till the smooth. Beat in 1 tbsp. vanilla. Add icing sugar and beat on low speed until mix well, then on high speed till frosting is smooth. Spread on cooled cake. pour on to chopped walnuts over top of the frosting, as desired.
