- 100 ml wine
- 3 l (liter) of water
- 300 g (10,5 oz) sugar
- 500 g (1,1 lb) raspberry
- citric acid–to taste
- Bring water to boil. Add sugar and citric acid. Dissolve these ingredients in the water. Bring the mixture to boil again.
- Wash raspberries carefully and put them in a pan. Pour the cooked syrup above the berries. Leave the mixture for 1 hour and cool it. Then add wine and stir to combine.
